We never fail to be surprised by the diversity of requests we receive. A rather fun example was when a gentleman brought us a scrap of tattered orange fabric taken from a 1962 VW Camper Van he had inherited from his parents. They had used it to tour America in their youth and their son wanted to restore it. We recreated the exact stripe and colours in wool, and were so exact that the gentleman's mother was reduced to tears when she saw it, so strong were the memories it brought flooding back.
